Ken spent 25 years working with In-N-Out, building and maintaining stores throughout Southern California, and 7 years collaborating with Arbon and Rite-Hite, specializing in dock and loading equipment. This extensive background has shaped the company’s approach, combining practical knowledge with a dedication to quality that sets us apart. Our success is rooted in strong relationships—with clients, architects, consultants, and the most skilled craftsmen in the region—ensuring a team-driven process where communication is clear, consistent, and client-focused.
